If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it within 30 days of delivery for national orders.

We offer a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase.

The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the swing ticket attached. 

To request an exchange, please send an email to with your order number and we will get back to you to facilitate the exchange. We will arrange for collection from your address free of charge, and deliver your exchanged item again free of charge. 

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please send an email to us at  with a description of the defect and we will get in contact with you to facilitate an exchange.
