If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund it within 7 days of delivery for national orders.
The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the swing ticket attached.
To request an exchange, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will get back to you to facilitate the exchange. We will arrange for collection from your address free of charge and deliver your exchanged item again free of charge. Please note that the new item/size will need to be manufactured again so there will be a lead time of 5 – 10 working days before being shipped.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please send an email to us at email@example.com with a description of the defect and we will get in contact with you to facilitate an exchange.
Regrettably we cannot offer exchanges or returns on international orders.
Adjustments can be made on selected styles if you need them longer or shorter, or perhaps even smaller or larger? Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will let you know whether it can be done and what the timing would be.
