Exchange and Returns Policy
We aim to make your online shopping experience as seamless as possible and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not completely happy, please get in touch—we’ll do our best to assist.
Change of Mind – Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to sizing, fit, or style preferences, you may request an exchange:
Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with swing tags attached.
How to request: Email info@erre-fashion.com with your order number.
We will arrange free collection and delivery for your first exchange. If you require additional exchanges, shipping costs will be for your account.
Please note: Exchanged items are made to order, so allow 5–10 working days for production before dispatch.
Change of Mind – Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return a non-defective item for a refund, the following applies:
Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How to request: Email info@erre-fashion.com with your order number.
Refund Options:
Store credit (valid for 12 months; non-refundable: cannot be refunded at a later date). Returns for store credit qualify for free shipping.
Monetary refund: For monetary refunds, we reserve the right to deduct direct courier costs (approximately R250 for main areas and R550 for regional areas). Alternatively, you may return items in person at our Waterkloof studio or via a door-to-door courier of your choice. Please note that you will be liable for any damages or theft during transit when using your own delivery service.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email info@erre-fashion.com with your order number and a description (or images) of the issue. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

Not sure which size to choose? Email your measurements to info@erre-fashion.com, and we’ll gladly assist you in selecting the best fit based on your preferences.
Special Requests
Alterations may be available on selected styles (e.g. length or fit adjustments). Please email info@erre-fashion.com with your request, and we will advise on feasibility and turnaround time.
